My roommates and I were looking for a 4 bedroom unit in the Upper East Side. I found the listing on their website and contacted her directly to see the property. There were many 4 bedroom in the area but due to the holidays, not many agents seemed to be working. I’m glad Hee Jin (Cindy) Kim from The Bracha Group was available to show. Although she represented the landlord, we never felt that Cindy was negotiating just on the landlord’s behalf. Cindy was extremely helpful and she guided us (all four of us) each step of the way. We love the apartment so much that we just renewed our lease! She’s genuine and I am going to contact her when I’m ready to buy my own condo.
