Nicholas began his successful real estate working in marketing for power broker Ilan Bracha, then advanced to the position of CFO at KWNYC where he helped sell the company and restructure during the pandemic. He joined Corcoran along with Ilan and the Bracha Team, bringing with him a wealth of industry knowledge and savvy deal-making skills that greatly benefit his clientele.
Specializing in investment properties, Nicholas is armed with a strong understanding of investments, finances, and complex transactions. In addition to his professional prowess, he is highly personable, approachable, and dedicated to keeping the real estate process simple by breaking down the factors that go into such a big decision.
Nicholas came into the world of real estate in 2017, and prior to that worked in the marketing and technology arenas. His seasoned background includes seeing a data-driven marketing agency through acquisition by Stagwell Group, and fuels his keen attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Raised in Mamaronick, NY, Nicholas graduated New York University with a degree in Urban Development and Finance. He has lived in New York City for over seven years, currently in an apartment he owns in the East Village. Nicholas additionally has a rental property in Florida.
