Megan Hill is the Transactions Coordinator for the Bracha Team at the Corcoran Group. Originally from Southern California, Megan always knew New York was in her future and moved to Manhattan immediately after college.
Having graduated college with honors and a degree in performing arts, Megan has had several unique opportunities including performing at the United Nations, training with the Radio City Rockettes and Joffrey Ballet School, and coordinating Broadway performance opportunities for young dancers from around the country.
After transitioning from performing to a customer service role, Megan went on to hone her skills at some of the most notable brands in the city. From being a manager at Equinox Hudson Yards to customer service at Mercedes Benz Manhattan, Megan is proactive and intuitive in assisting clients, and helping them reach their goals.
While Megan is a licensed real estate salesperson, her specialty is supporting agents behind the scenes with administrative tasks. Whether it’s drawing up a lease, submitting a board package, or listing a penthouse, Megan is efficient and communicative. Megan has also lived in several different neighborhoods in Manhattan, making her a wealth of knowledge regarding lifestyle and atmosphere specifics for prospective residents.
Megan is a passionate advocate for blood donation and loves reading and sewing in her spare time. She is always excited to travel with her twin sister and visits California often, if not for family time for the delicious Mexican food. Megan lives on the Upper East Side and is thoroughly obsessed with her neighborhood.
