Focusing an Inch wide and Mile Deep

  • Focusing our listing agents on scheduling appointments, listing, and selling by preparing for their appointments, and processing and marketing their listings
  • Bringing accepted offers to close with our team’s in-house attorney and director of Closings
  • Generating new business with existing lead sources and working with agents to create new ones
  • Acquiring new development listing agreements for our agents to sell
  • Coaching agents individually to continuously improve their skills and hold them accountable to their goals
  • Rewarding our real estate professionals for their hard work and accomplishments with additional marketing campaigns and support
  • Investing in professional PR and marketing firms to guarantee our team and listings the widest reach and exposure
  • Stream-lining and systemizing everything from lead generation to closing to optimize our time and production
  • Negotiating deals and closing for listings with the help of heavy hitters like Lawrence Lee and Ilan personally
